  • Textiles Scotland: Consultant adviser to the industry association for the textile and leather industry in Scotland. I provide trend forecasting information and write a regular blog for their membership.

  • Textile Industry Leadership Group: Industry adviser and panel member for group tasked with driving 10 year government strategy for Scottish textiles.

Business Consultancy

I work with manufacturers and small design companies who are looking to develop and in-house branded collection of products for sale through their own direct online sales platform.

Case study:

McRostie Scotland Ltd:

I was employed to develop a new in-house branded collection of leather accessories to be marketed under the McRostie brand. I was responsible for the development of their new premium product collection, the costing & pricing of the new collection and the development of a new website targeting a premium customer in the luxury crafted leather accessories market. I established a digital marketing strategy, including delivery of digital marketing support, to raise the profile of the brand.
